Good app, clear process

I opened a Robo-Advisor Depot with Smavesto last month. The whole setup process was pretty straightforward online, took about 4 days until everything was verified and active. I used the Smavesto App to monitor my ETF-Sparplan and it's actually well designed, easy to navigate. I had a question about the Risikomanagement-Service and used their chat support, got a clear answer within an hour, which was helpful. The portfolio itself seems to be performing as expected so far. No hidden fees cropped up, everything was transparently laid out from the start. They sent updates about market changes, which is a nice touch. Overall, a solid experience for managing my investments.

Decent value for a beginner

I was looking to start an ETF-Sparplan without spending too much. Smavesto offered a pretty good deal for new customers, which included a small Startguthaben. That definitely helped make the decision. The minimum investment for the ESG-Portfolio was also manageable for me. Felt like a good starting point without a huge commitment. So far, it seems worth it.
